Welcome to my website, and thank you for your curiosity. My name is Phil Accardo, and I’m the person behind Nexus 6 Systems. I started Nexus 6 because of my passion for business technology in the real estate space.

I’ve been in the real estate sales business for over 15 years and have personally sold more than 600 homes throughout my career. I still actively sell real estate and run the Accardo Real Estate Team out of York County, PA, with Keller Williams.

Along the way, I’ve always explored different technology systems available to agents. Before real estate, I worked in IT and earned my degree in Computer Science from the Pennsylvania College of Technology. Over the years, I’ve seen many real estate agents struggle with basic technology needs. That inspired me to launch a company focused on helping agents become more tech-savvy in today’s fast-paced, AI-driven world.

AI has completely transformed the way technology impacts business. There are now more accessible use cases than ever before, and my goal is to make these tools available and practical for everyone in real estate sales.
